(Linum usitatissimum, Semen)

Dosage and Administration:

Adults:

Dissolve the content of 1 sachet in a glass of water (200ml) or fruit juices. Take once daily with food and ensure it is taken with adequate amount of water. Can be sprinkled on top of oats, cereals or yoghurt.

How to Store

Store below 30°C. Protect from light, heat and moisture.
